    • Analysed, developed and presented a feasibility study for worldwide deployment of CRM together with key project ROI justification

    • Specified and advised on the expansion of their CRM system
  • Insurance
    • Engaged on behalf of a CRM reseller to help close the sale, specify and then implement Dynamics CRM against opposition. Operated and developed this project from an initial 3-month engagement to its current 3 year timeframe and continued to up-sell throughout. Client has been used as a reference site and case study throughout the life.
  • Media
    • Brought in to rescue the project due to issues and have implemented and integrated Dynamics CRM with an incumbent in-house booking application. Client has been used as a reference site and case study with integration solution being expanded for generic market use
  • Drinks manufacturer
    • Large UK-based drinks manufacturer. Implementing a global CRM-based relationship marketing solution which is heavily reliant on digital marketing and web-based interaction. Heavily involved in the sales cycle and collaborating with marketing agencies

    • Specified and implemented a CRM sub-project to integrate with a much larger XRM programme as part of the larger project to create a citizen-centred tracking system. Client has been used as a reference site and case study
